1. Returns


1.1 The return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the delivery of the product.
1.2 to initiate the return process, the customer must email the company at chawlashawls@outlook.com with the order number and cause of return.
1.3 The product shall be eligible for return only if:
– It is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
– It is returned in same condition as received
– All original tags, labels and packaging are intact
1.4 The customer shall be liable to pay all costs associated with returns including the taxes, courier services and other levy as may be payable. Such cost shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
1.5 The company reserves the right to reject any and all returns that do not qualify any or all of the above conditions.

1. Non-Returnable Products: The following products shall not be returnable:

  • Gift cards or Store credit vouchers
  • Products purchased during flash sales or marked final sales.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • Any claims with respect to damaged or incorrect product being delivered by the seller shall be notified to the company by written intimation on chawlashawls@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the said product. No claims for defect shall be entertained beyond the stipulated time period.
  • No claims for defect shall be entertained beyond the stipulated time period.
  • The customer must provide photographic evidence of the said defect and an unboxing video for verification.

2.Refunds:

2.1 All returned products shall be inspected on receipt and the return shall be approved accordingly. Such inspection may require 4-10 working days.
2.2 On approval, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, gift cards or transfer to the account from which payment is received.
2.3 The amount to be refunded shall be as per the payment originally made after application of all or any discount coupons or other promotions.

The company reserves the right to reject any returns in case of fraud, misuse or abuse of this policy.
